Appointment Policies
Please review before booking
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to your service total and are non-refundable.
Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period may apply. After that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
No-shows may forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment to book future appointments.
Kids’ services are by appointment only. Please ensure the child is ready and comfortable for the scheduled time.
Please come with hair clean, detangled, and blow-dried (unless you selected a wash/blow-dry add-on). Extra detangling may add time/cost.
